    To clear up any misconception, the Alien did not imply that the Pethan nor the Sturgeon are aliens. They were discussed as human specimens being studied merely for their cultural oddities. Repeat: The Pethan & the Sturgeon are NOT aliens, only odd humans. The Alien is now concerned for their safety, as any being identified as an alien will be under severe threat of death. Also, the identity of the Alien must remain secret for the safety of all.
